Collet chuck base (PKHA01) is pre-threaded at 1" x 8tpi to mount on your lathe's headstock spindle; Chuck can also be mounted on a different spindle thread by using a correct adapter; Flats on the collet nut accept 7/8" wrenches (not included) for tightening and loosening
Includes (2) 7mm threaded mandrel shafts measuring 3/8" x 16tpi (PKHA02) and 1/2" x 13tpi (PKHA03); Threaded section of each shaft is 1/2" long; Total length of each shaft is 4"; Shaft slides into the headstock chuck at a variable length as needed for your project and is secured by the collet
Includes (2) Stepped Bushings so you have four size guides to work with depending on the outer diameter of your project; Bottle Stopper Bushing (PKHA04) is .800" diameter on one end and .959" on the other; The Handle Bushing (PKHA05) is .745" diameter on one end and 1.025" on the other
By using different accessories that are available separately, The Handle Anything Chuck System can be used to make Closed End pens, seam rippers, keychains, and other smaller diameter woodturning project kits
